A licensed real estate agent and licensee at the age of 22, Melissa is a quick learner with an inherent understanding of the real estate industry and a positive approach to all she does. After finishing year 12, Melissa studied for her Diploma in Real Estate Management and launched her career on the Central Coast. Quickly rising through the ranks, Melissa moved to Sydney and worked in various offices over a 13 year period in senior administration roles where she was charged with running the business' of some highly successful agents.  
A loyal and committed professional, Melissa loves her role as Sales Manager to busy sales agents Peter & Bonnie D'Arcy. Renowned for her exceptional people skills, empathy and compassion, Melissa prides herself on her work and is a valued team player.
